Thursday 8/08– Quarterfinals Day

7:00 am – Wake Up/Breakfast

8:00am – Rehearsal

12:15 pm – Depart for Lucas Oil

12:45 pm – Warm Up Military Park

3:59 pm – Gate Time

4:04 pm – Performance!!

6:30 pm – Depart for the Hotel for Dinner

10:00 pm – Lights Out at Hotel

 

Friday 8/09 – Semi-Finals, Clean-Up Day, Age-Out Ceremony

6:00 am – Wake Up/Breakfast

8:00 am – Depart for Lucas Oil

8:30 am – Warm Up Military Park

TBD – Gate Time

TBD – Performance

3:30 pm – Depart for the Rehearsal Zone for Dinner/Cleaning

7:30 pm – Depart for Lucas Oil and Age-Out Ceremony

10:50 pm – Age-Out Ceremony

Midnight – Depart for the Hotels

1:00 am – Lights Out at Hotel

 

Saturday 8/10 – Finals Day

8:30 am – Wake Up/Breakfast

9:00 am – Load Luggage (Parents taking students home need to pick up luggage at this time.)

10:00 am – Depart for Banquet and Awards Celebration

10:30 am – Banquet and Awards Celebration (this will be the members final meal with the corps)

2:30 pm – Depart for Lucas Oil

3:00 pm – Free Time in Indianapolis

5:00 pm – DCI Finals

11:00 pm – Trophy Presentation

11:45 pm – Buses Depart for Airports
