Wednesday 8/9 – Rehearsal Day

7:00 am – Wake Up

8:00 am – 9:45pm – Rehearsal

11:00 pm – Lights Out at Hotel

 

Thursday 8/10 – Quarterfinals Day

6:30 am – Wake Up

7:30 am – Rehearsal

12:15 pm – Depart for Lucas Oil

12:45 pm – Warm Up Military Park

3:59 pm – Gate Time

4:04 pm – Performance!!

6:30 pm – Depart for the Rehearsal Zone for Dinner

8:30 pm – Depart for the Hotel

11:00 pm – Lights Out at Hotel

 

Friday 8/11 – Semi-Finals and Clean-Up Day and Age-Out Ceremony

7:00 am – Wake Up

8:00 am – Breakfast at Rehearsal Site

9:00 am – Depart for Lucas Oil

9:30 am – Warm Up Military Park

TBD – Gate Time

TBD – Performance

3:30 pm – Depart for the Rehearsal Zone for Dinner/Cleaning/Last Run Through/Imagine

9:30 pm – Depart for Lucas Oil and the Age-Out Ceremony

10:52 pm – Age-Out Ceremony

Midnight – Depart for the Hotels

1:00 am – Lights Out at Hotel

 

Saturday 8/12 – Finals Day

9:00 am – Wake Up

9:30 am – Load Luggage (Parents taking kids home need to pick up luggage at this time.)

10:30 am – Depart for Banquet and Awards Celebration

11:00 am – Banquet and Awards Celebration (this will be your final meal with the corps)

2:30 pm – Free Time in Indianapolis

5:00 pm – DCI Finals

11:00 pm – Trophy Presentation

11:45 pm – Buses Depart for Airport and Northwest

 

Northwest Bus will stop regularly for meals (on your own) and to switch drivers.

Boise Airport Drop-off – Monday 8/14 ETA Late Night

Tri Cities Airport Drop-off –Tuesday 8/15 ETA Early Morning

Portland Airport Drop-off – Tuesday 8/15 ETA Noonish

Seattle Airport Drop-off – Tuesday 8/15 ETA Late Afternoon

 

All Airport drop-offs will be at the terminal. Plan to pick-up meet your family at the Baggage Claim area. Stay in contact with your family so they know when to pick you up and where to pick you up. Once we drop you off, you are on your own.
