How do I get started?

REGISTRATION

The Seattle Cascades Member Portal is designed help you reach your highest level as a performer and provides an opportunity to learn and receive personalized feedback directly from our world class educators.  Your performance submissions will be reviewed and evaluated by the Seattle Cascades World Class Educational Team.

Registration is free.  To become an active student after you have registered, you must purchase an Audition Package, which includes up to three video submissions, access to educational forums and content, and a personalized evaluation from our Educational Team,  

Tell us who you are, and what you're interested in.  Once you've created an account by completing the registration form below, you'll gain immediate access to the Seattle Cascades Member's Portal, where you can learn more about our programs and how to participate as an active student.  There is no charge to register, but you'll need to complete your payment in order to unlock the Audition Packages, instructional content and video submission features.

You will need an e-mail address and password to log in and access your Member and Student Portal.  Please make sure to click on the verification email sent to your e-mail to complete your registration.

AUDITION MATERIALS

Purchase and download your Audition Package.  Once you have registered for the member's portal you will have access to your Student Portal through which you can select your Audition Packets based on your Caption and start prepping for your audition.

There's a $35 non-refundable fee for obtaining your Audition Package.

Submit your video audition in the Student Portal. Once you're ready to showcase your talents, you can submit your video through your Student Portal. You can reference some video recording tips and tricks on the Portal to make sure you have high-quality video content for our Educator Teams to review.

Please note there's a non-refundable $25 video submission fee to submit a video for review.

The Educational Team will evaluate your video audition and send back a written evaluation. You can see the status of your video submission in your Student Portal and review all the feedback there. So be sure to check back often for potential updates.

In the written evaluation there will be instructions on what the next steps will be for the student auditioning.

 We have a pretty large community of current and former members on a number of social media channels.  The most active is our Facebook Interest group - we encourage you to join the group, introduce yourself and ask any questions you may have about what it's like to march with the Seattle Cascades. 

Marching with the Seattle Cascades is an awesome opportunity to experience DCI! Don't take our word for it, ask our members directly.
