Andy Mroczek Joins Seattle Cascades as Choreographer/Design Consultant
Seattle Cascades are thrilled to welcome Andy Mroczek as Choreographer and Design Consultant. As a performer and instructor, Andy has over 20 years of experience in the color guard and drum corps activity, both nationally and internationally.
Mroczek was a choreographer for Seattle Cascades in 2003, Madison Scouts 2004, Santa Clara Vanguard (SCV) from 2005 to 2009, a technician and instructor for the SCV winter guard from 2008 to 2010, the color guard caption head and designer for Bluecoats from 2010 to 2013. He worked with Blue Knights in 2014, and served as the guard designer for the Mandarins Drum and Bugle Corps in 2016. He has also been a choreographer for many groups such as Braddock Independent, Stoneman Douglas High School and Claudia Taylor Johnson High School, and worked with the WGI Scholastic World Champion James Logan High School in 2002 and 2003. Internationally, he has worked with groups in Canada, France, and the Netherlands. Andy also was a founder of the Invictus World guard from Austin Texas.
Most recently, Andy joined The Cadets Drum and Bugle Corps in 2018 as a choreographer and was the caption manager for 2 years in 2020/2021.
