Another extremely successful camp! With six new members and great attendance, this camp also marked the return of the colorguard. Excitement was in the air as many members were seeing each other for the first time in months. We were graced with such amazing weather that the corps continued learning the first two productions of drill, coordinating the music and guard choreography. The sun also brought out the smell of sunscreen and some of the first sunburns of the season. At camp's end, an audience of around 50 supporters enjoyed a run-through of the first four minutes of the show and cheered them on with pride.
The parent volunteers and support staff are superstars! The equipment truck received new carpeting, the kitchen truck has a sparkling clean freezer, awesome food all weekend, more uniform fittings and souvie meetings. Great accomplishments at this camp and much gratitude for everyone's dedication and hard work. If you are interested in getting involved, please contact Sheryl Koch.
The next camp is May 7th-9th. There are positions available in the Brass, Colorguard & Keyboards. If you are interested in participating this summer, please sign up online and a staff member will contact you to help you get started.
