June 15, 2012 is the deadline for payment of Cascades Membership Tuition. A late fee of $100 will be payable if there is any balance due on 6/16/12. If a payment extension was approved before 6/15 the $100 late fee is WAIVED.
As clarified in the 2012 Membership Information Packet, the first $500 of the Cascades Membership Tuition is non-refundable for any reason. The remaining balance of $1700 may be eligible for partial or full refund up through May 15, 2012. No refunds will be considered after May 15, 2012.
2011 Cascades veteran members are eligible for a $500 discount if they recruited a new member that is in good standing and all fees have been paid in full. The returning Cascades vet will receive this $500 credit immediately upon verification that all the associated new member's fees have been paid in full. PLEASE NOTE: 2012 will be the last year of the Cascades Vet Incentive as currently structured. The program in the future will recognize value based on years of service to the organization.

Tuition covers all days and the entire summer tour for food, transportation and housing.
Tuition covers the education you will receive from our world-class staff, equipment and main uniform.
OTHER COSTS INCLUDE:

Payment Policies
1) Camp fees are required for each camp whether the member attends all or part of it.
2) Each camp costs $100 up to $400. All camps after $400 are free. Pays for food & camp expenses.
3) Tuition payments are due according to the payment schedule.
4) All payments must be submitted by the Wednesday prior to the camp so there is proper
time to record the payment and print out registration sheets.
5) Payments not submitted prior to the deadline will be collected at the camp.
